Gavin had a lot of fun this year celebrating with family on three different occasions. He shares his birthday with his Aunt Alyssa who is 15 this year, so that is pretty great. I made him this "excavating cake" as he would call it because his LOVES excavation equipment, and he got a toy dirt digger for his birthday, so he can dig in the gravel out back.
GAVIN AT AGE 4: hates long-sleeved shirts and "long-sleeved pants, loves all tools especially chalk lines right now, memorized a whole book on Machines and can name the machine and its use, loves his sister Brooklyn and always wants to play with her, loves to work with Dad, but only if he is doing "real" work; meaning using tools and doing some manual labor, loves working on the tree house with dad and talking about the crane they are going to construct, goes to Preschool and is remarkably well-behaved and adores his teachers, cutest Sunbeam ever and loves his teachers "Sister and Mr. Dowse, always sits down on the couch by me and puts his arm around my neck, favorite breakfast is french toast or fruity pebbles, doesn't like anything toasted wants it "cold" including toaster waffles. Loves for us to play games together, wants to go camping all the time, sweetest boy in the world, love you Gav.
