Minnetonka Cave

We went to Bear Lake last weekend and visited Minnetonka Cave, it was really fun and the kids loved it. I loved that it was around 40 degrees in there, perfect for a pregnant lady! There were 800 stairs in there too, so a little exercise as well!

Gavin: Mom you need to do your hair and make-up
Me: Don't you think my hair already looks good?
Gavin: It looks like...twirly.. and a donut..haha! You need to put on make-up...
Me: I already have make-up on don't you think I look pretty?
Gavin: I just want you to be more pretty...like this much (spreads his arms out wide)

Gavin is in the tub: "mom, tubs are so cool...and treadmills...and tv's..." so random

Brooklyn just tooted and I looked at her and she said: "it's okay mom they are just bubbles, you know bubbles..."

We were doing Brooklyn's homework and had to write the 1st letter of the pictures I pointed to a racoon and asked her what it was, she replied: "Super cat" I laughed so hard, so did Spence.

Gavin: walks up to me with one of the limes he stole off the counter, big smile "Mom I wike limons" (cross between lemon and lime).

Gavin: "I need a hot drop" (cough drop) he reaches into his pocket and pulls a vit. c drop out. "I love my pain pills." He calls all medicine pain pills now, because we talked about them A LOT after Spencer surgeries.

Gavin: Mom, don't take my dang chapsgick?
Mom: What?
Gavin: DON'T take my DANG chapsgick(chapstick)...its special.
